Choral concert: The Pass Chorale and Orchestra perform Gabriel Fauré’s “Requiem” at 2:30 p.m. May 18 at the Banning Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2369 W. Box Springs Mountain Park: A celebration of the 50th anniversary of Box Springs Mountain Park will be held at 6 p.m. May 18 at the trailhead access off Hidden Springs Drive in Moreno Valley. Fundraising walk: East Hills Community Church holds a walk to raise awareness of Parkinson’s disease beginning at 9 a.m. at the church, 20660 Orange Terrace Parkway, Riverside. The walk, to Trautwein Road and back to the church, is in support of the church’s pastor, who has Parkinson’s disease, and to raise funds for the Parkinson’s Foundation.
