


The Old Riverside Foundation, a nonprofit organization for historic preservation, will hold its 32nd annual Vintage Home Tour, Restoration Faire and Vintage Mercantile 10 a.m.-4 p.m. May 17.
The tour will feature five Riverside houses built between 1874 and 1960, including two Victorian-era mansions, a Foursquare, a Spanish Colonial Revival and a midcentury modern, according to a news release.
Participants may also visit the Peter J. Weber house at 1510 University Ave., site of the Restoration Faire, with suppliers, artists and craftspeople, and Vintage Mercantile, featuring antiques and collectibles. There will also be raffle baskets.
The tour is self-guided, and addresses will be sent to those with tickets shortly before the event.
Tickets are $30 in advance, available at oldriverside.org. The day of the tour, tickets are $35 and will be available beginning at the Peter J. Weber house.
The ticket price includes the tour, one raffle basket ticket and admission to the Restoration Faire and Vintage Mercantile.
The Old Riverside Foundation, incorporated in 1979, is dedicated to the recognition, appreciation and preservation of the built environment of Riverside and the Inland Empire. Its headquarters is the Peter J. Weber house.
The home tour is a fundraiser for the Old Riverside Foundation’s Vintage Homeowner Grant Program.
