Mary L. Hurwitz, 83, passed away Feb. 11, 2017. She was born in Nettie, W. Va. on June 2, 1933 to the late Forrest and Clara (Rader) Bailes. Mary enjoyed the Litchfield Flea Market and had a booth there for many years. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

Mary is survived by her husband, Stephen; children, Ray (Marsha Switzer) Childers, Donna (Lee) Hunt; her adopted son, Bruce Landry; grandchildren, Troy Childers, Mandy Cartwright and Tommy Childers; eight great-grandchildren; brother, Ernie Walker; and her sisters, Penny Cantrell and Patty Ziska.

She is preceded in death by her daughter, Diana Schwebs; grandchildren, Tammy Schwebs, Donny Schwebs and Brandon Boles; sister, Berry Brown; and her beloved niece, Linda Martin.
