Michelle Doris 'Belles' Malusky
OBITUARIES
Michelle Malusky

Michelle Doris “Belles” Malusky, 51 of Medina, earned her angel wings on Feb. 5, 2017, surrounded by her family and friends. Michelle was born on Jan. 22, 1966, to Dave and Alicia (Soucek) Malusky.

With her smile, laughter and kind heart, Michelle brought happiness to all who knew her. She was a ray of sunshine. Once you met Michelle, you never forgot her. She was a strong, brave woman.

Michelle loved to sing along to her favorite music of the ‘70s and ‘80s. She was quite the social butterfly. Outings to meet family or friends at Pizza Hut or Bob Evans were her favorite times. A quick run through the drive-thru at McDonald’s for root beer and french fries brought a smile to her face every time. She loved Christmas, singing along to The Supremes’ Christmas CD. She enjoyed her birthday so much. It was a day just for her. Even though her day actually lasted a couple of weeks. In Michelle’s family, those are called Freddy birthdays. When asked how old she was in the last 22 years, she would always say “twinine,” which meant 29. She was a woman who never wanted to tell her true age.

Michelle will be dearly missed by her mother and father; siblings, Lisa(Brian) Myers, Charmaine (John) Vuletic, David (Kim) Malusky and Monique (Russell) Wheeler; nephews and nieces, Michael (Tori), Bryan (Brittany), Jason, Amanda, Casey, Alyssa, Christopher, Katrina (Adam), Logan, Madison, Thomas, Quinton and Logan. She was also a great-aunt to Ella and Cooper.

Michelle had many friends at the Society for Handicapped Citizens and the Windfall Workshop.

Michelle’s family wishes to thank all the special people who were ever kind to Michelle in her life. Whether you were a teacher, aide, doctor, nurse, lab technician, direct support professional, hair stylist, server or just a person who smiled and said hello.

A celebration of Michelle’s life will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 19, 2017, at Waite & Son Funeral Home, 765 N. Court St., Medina. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1-3 p.m.
