Wine Enthusiast recently released its list of “America’s 100 Best Wine Restaurants of 2016,’’ and four local restaurants are included. In the “new & noteworthy’’ category is BISq in Inman Square. General manager and wine director Luis Calero focuses on organic and biodynamic Northern French wines, perfect to pair with house-made charcuterie from chef Dan Bazzinotti (pictured). Craigie on Main, in Central Square, is “not to be missed’’ for its focus on “people that farm their land and make their wines themselves,’’ as wine director Carl York put it. Brookline’s Taberna de Haro is cited for its “amazing laser-focused wine list,’’ a loving ramble through Spain courtesy of chef-owner Deborah Hansen. (There are 75 sherries alone.) And Troquet, a longtime favorite overlooking the Boston Common, is deemed a “classic’’ for manager Chris Campbell’s extensive list and careful cellaring.
