We finally know who’s playing Nancy Kerrigan (right) in “I, Tonya,’’ the movie being made about infamous figure skater Tonya Harding.

According to IMDB.com, Kerrigan, the Stoneham native who won a silver medal at the 1994 Winter Olympics despite having been bashed in the leg in an attack orchestrated by Harding’s husband, Jeff Gillooly, will be portrayed by Caitlin Carver (left).

Haven’t heard of her? We hadn’t either. Carver is a 24-year-old actress from Alabama who’s had bit parts in shows such as “Nashville,’’ “Glee,’’ and “Parks and Recreation.’’ (We were hoping for Anne Hathaway or maybe Rooney Mara.)

Kerrigan, who’ll be a contestant on the new season of “Dancing With the Stars,’’ apparently has zero to do with the movie. Asked about it this week by TMZ, Kerrigan said: “I have nothing to do with that . . . Nobody consulted me.’’

Gillooly is being played by Sebastian Stan while Allison Janney is set to play Harding’s mom, LaVona Golden.
