USA Network is going to cancel “Eyewitness’’ due to low ratings, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The crime drama starred Medford native (and Arlington Catholic High School alum) Julianne Nicholson (at left), whom you may remember from “Law & Order: Criminal Intent,’’ “Boardwalk Empire,’’ “Masters of Sex,’’ and “Black Mass.’’ But Nicholson has other projects in the works. According to the Internet Move Database, two of her upcoming films are in post-production and she’s also playing the role of Tonya Harding’s former coach Diane Rawlinson in the forthcoming movie “I, Tonya.’’ Nicholson also stars in “Novitiate,’’ a film that recently premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and has since been picked up by Sony Pictures Classics.
