Future Business Leaders of America Week begins Feb. 9

Future Business Leaders of America at Crestwood High School will join thousands of middle school, high school, and collegiate members across the country to celebrate national FBLA Week from Feb. 9 to 15.

Both state Rep. Alec Ryncavage, R-119, and Wright Township supervisor Paul Krzywicki signed FBLA Week Proclamations for the chapter proclaiming Feb. 9 to 15 as FBLA Week.

Crestwood FBLA plans on celebrating the week with themed activities for each day. Some of these activities include an FBLA Social, promoting career and technical education, presenting accomplishments to the Crestwood School Board, sharing social media posts, and highlighting members and FBLA leaders.

FBLA Week falls during National Career and Technical Education Month, which highlights the impact of career and technical education on student success, workforce development and the economy.
