Noteworthy: The freshman guard finished with 18 points and seven rebounds in a 72-21 rout of South Pasadena in the second round of the CIF Southern Section Division 3AA playoffs. Canizal also played tight defense on Tigers senior Kayla Boozer, holding the University of Colorado commit to nine points. Keppel will take on Oakwood in the quarterfinals today.
