Police on Tuesday repeated their request for the public’s help in locating a Roseville teenager who has been missing since last week.

Investigators initially said Salena Lynn Fleenor, 17, was last seen about 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, April 20 leaving her family’s home in the area of 12 Mile Road and Little Mack Avenue.

But now, the Roseville Police Department has received new information that indicates the missing girl may have been spotted in the Pontiac area in Oakland County.

“This is highly unusual for Salena to be away from home for this amount of time,” Police Chief Mitch Berlin said in a news release.

He added detectives are continuing to follow up on all information that is received, but they still need the public’s help.

Salena is described as a white female with blue eyes and long brown hair. She is about 5-foot-7 and weighs about 140 pounds. Witnesses said she was last seen wearing an oversized black colored hooded sweatshirt with gray/blue pajama type sweat pants, with a white colored print.

Family members have told investigators Salena is known to frequent the Little Mack and 12 Mile area in Roseville as well at the Walmart store on Van Dyke Avenue at 12 Mile Road in Warren.

Anyone with information on the teen’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Roseville Police Department at 586-775-2100 or the dispatch center at 586-777-6700.
