A White blanket for a buffalo
Three people walk by the bronze buffalo on a frosty Wednesday near the University of Colorado Boulder’s Folsom Field. Boulder’s official reading for the latest blast of winter Tuesday night into Wednesday was 3.8 inches of snow, with Tuesday night’s low dropping to 5 degrees, according to the National Weather Service. Snow totals for nearby Longmont were just a shade more modest, with 3 inches as the city’s official reading. After a forecast daytime high of about 36 today under mostly sunny skies, more unsettled weather should arrive for Friday night into Saturday.
