The following people appeared in court Nov. 28:
Teon Pickett, 52, of Medina, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 21 months in prison on one count of having weapons while under disability, a third-degree felony, and two counts of trafficking in cocaine, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. One count carries a firearm specification. The court also ordered that the defendant’s gun be turned over to law enforcement.
Shawnel Neff, 40, of Medina, pleaded guilty and was sentenced to five years of community control sanctions, with 180 days in jail, on one count of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.
Andre Morris, 44, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of obstructing justice, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 27.
Kathleen Singer, 52, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to the following charges: one count of possession of LSD, a fourth-degree felony; one count of aggravated possession of drugs; two counts of possession of hashish; and one count of illegal cultivation of marijuana, all of which are fifth-degree felonies. The last charge carries a forfeiture specification. A jury trial is scheduled for Dec. 5.
The following people appeared in court Nov. 21:
Craig Bohl, 29, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for March 1.
James Dingess, 41, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to two counts of theft, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for March 6.
