Jerry E. Grim, 78, passed away Nov. 22, 2016. He was born in Medina on Jan. 9, 1938, to the late Bert and Gertrude (Sprankle) Grim. Jerry loved to hunt, fish and cut wood for the family stove. Jerry was a hard worker and always kept busy.

He was an avid reader and enjoyed his furry companion Bear.

Jerry is survived by his wife of 58 years, Hazel (Frederick) Grim; children, Eric (Barbara) Grim, Earl Grim, Elaine (Kevin) Anderson; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and sister, Elizabeth Cristell.

He was preceded by eight siblings.
