To the Editor:
What do people think would happen if they sold their souls to the devil? Do they think they would get a fair shake? That the devil would be fair in his dealings with them? Of course not.
Medina Hospital is learning this lesson the hard way when they sold themselves to the Cleveland Clinic. Did they really believe the Clinic would really care about the local community? Were they really that gullible?
The Cleveland Clinic doesn't care about the local community. Everything they do serves their own self-interests. Now, because of Medina Hospital's short sightedness, the local community, which they serve, will now have to pay the price. Good job Medina Hospital. Was it truly worth selling out to the Cleveland Clinic? Seems most people would say no.
