Sandy Flickinger
Sandy Flickinger, 72, of Creston, passed away peacefully at her home May 31, 2017.
Sandy was born June 5, 1944 in Seville to the late Lester “Buss” and Emile (Conley) Coen and was a 1962 graduate of Norwayne High School. On Aug. 7, 1965 she married Ron Flickinger and together they shared 52 years together. Sandy retired from the Westfield Companies after 38 years of service and was a devoted mother and grandmother to her sons and her three grandchildren. She had a passion for photography and enjoyed traveling. Sandy will be remembered for always putting others first and she will be greatly missed.
Surviving are her husband Ron; sons, daughters-in-law and grandchildren, Greg and Beth Flickinger and their children, Madelyn and Tyler of Matthews, N.C. and Chad and Angela Flickinger and their son, Sawyer of Wooster; her sister, Wanda Halpin of Creston and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Eva Clevidence.
