Two arraigned on drug counts
Augustus Simpson, 38, of Medina, pleaded not guilty Aug. 28 to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for Dec. 4.
The following people appeared in court Aug. 24:
Bretton Jones, 24, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Oct. 30.
Kip Erwin, 36, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Oct. 31.
