WADSWORTH – Just as they have for the last several years, area businesses and nonprofit groups will be showing what they have to offer inside of the merchant tent during the Blue Tip Festival.

The merchant tent will be on the festival grounds at Memorial Park and will be open Tuesday, June 20, Wednesday, June 21, Friday, June 23 and Saturday, June 24 from 6 to 10 p.m.

“Our merchants have the option to be present two days at a time or for the full four days, so make sure you check out the tent throughout the week to see what is new as some of our merchants will change throughout the week,” said Kim Hawkins, of the Blue Tip Committee. “We do have some of our returning merchants, but we also have some new merchants this year. So come down, come in and join us.”

Many of the organizations will have special demonstrations, giveaways and coupons and representatives will be available to talk give information about the organizations and what they do.

While visiting the merchant tent can be a fun way to browse, it can also be a way to win prizes. Anyone who sees at least three merchants and has a special card stamped as they walk through the tent, will be entered to win one of the gift baskets that will be on display during the week of the festival.
