Tyson Neuman, 36, of Eden Lane in Medina, was sentenced Dec. 5 to two years of community control sanctions, with 30 days in jail, on one count of Aggravated Possession of Drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

Joshua Farren, 34, of Lafayette Road in Medina, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
Adam Altabbaa, 28, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of possession of hashish, a third-degree felony that carries a forfeiture specification; one count of possession of LSD, a fourth-degree felony; one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; one count of possession of hashish, a fifth-degree felony; and one count of illegal cultivation of marijuana, a fifth-degree felony that carries a forfeiture specification. A jury trial is scheduled for Jan. 19.
Joshua Byers, 28, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of obstructing justice, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled is for Feb. 7.
John Davis IV, 33, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. A jury trial is scheduled for Jan. 31.
Nicole Dempsey, 44, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 6.
