Marie Marshall, 98, of Hinckley, passed away peacefully in Middlefield on May 16, 2017. She was born on June 7, 1918 in Maple Heights to the late August and Rosalia (nee Thellian) Spreitzer.
She worked for years at Gray Drug Store but will be remembered most for the love she has for her family and will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Dear aunt to Elli (Charles Dec.) Squire, Elmer “Butch” (Connie) Kless, Susan (Rich) Tomsic and August Spreitzer Jr. and great aunt to many; and we can’t forget all of her Westie’s, especially Maggie and Angus. She will be missed by her extended family in Scotland and Canada and her exceptional neighbors, but in particular David and Sue Sitzenstock.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Marshall; sisters, Eleanor Kless and Louise Spreitzer; brothers August Spreitzer Sr. and Henry Spreitzer.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Dr. Janine Pepin, TLC Animal Hospital, 3967 Pearl Road, Medina, OH 44256 who unselfishly donated so much time in caring for Angus and Maggie.
Waite and Son Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
