Man get year on drug counts
John H. Davis IV, 33, of Medina, was sentenced March 30 to one year in prison on two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, both of which are fifth-degree felonies.

The following people appeared in court April 3:

Mark Davis Sr., 56, of Medina, pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, both of which are fourth-degree felonies. Sentencing is scheduled for May 15.

Carly Horrigan, 18, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of grand theft of a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 22.

The following people appeared in court March 30:

Jeffrey Paden, 28, of Litchfield, pleaded not guilty to one count of felonious assault, a second-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 30.

Rodney Rees, 50, of Medina, pled no contest to two counts of possession of cocaine, both of which are fifth-degree felonies. Sentencing is scheduled for May 11.

Felecia Steiger, 35, of Medina, pleaded not guilty to one count of Tampering with Evidence, a third-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for May 30.
