Kent State University recently conferred degrees to summer graduates during commencement exercises Aug. 20 in the Memorial Athletic and Convocation Center on the Kent Campus.
Medina graduates include Samuel Bender, Chloe Byrd, Jill Cekada, Elizabeth Crabtree, Michelle Frey, Emily Grande, Lindsey Hansen, Sarah LaGuardia, Melissa Malone, Jared McCord, Carolyn Piombo, Alexandra Potter and Adeline Wadel.
Montville graduates include Adam Rempel.
In addition, a total of 398 Kent State University full-time students were named to the dean’s list for superior academic achievement during the 2016 summer semester.
Medina residents include Samantha Fullerton and Marie Funfgeld.
