Actress and producer America Ferrera has replaced Eva Longoria as one of the keynote speakers at the Simmons Leadership Conference on Tuesday. Longoria had a scheduling conflict, so Ferrera (inset) stepped in. Ferrera’s latest project is the NBC comedy “Superstore.’’ Her resume includes “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants,’’ “How to Train Your Dragon,’’ and “Ugly Betty.’’ The Simmons Leadership Conference, held at the Seaport World Trade Center, will also feature appearances by Geena Davis, Anita Hill, and entrepreneur Ping Fu.
