The film distribution company FilmBuff announced Wednesday that it will release the documentary, “We the People: The Market Basket Effect,’’ in just a few weeks. The doc, which follows the employee walkout and customer boycott of the supermarket chain after the business was forced out of the hands of beloved CEO Arthur T. Demoulas, will be available on demand on April 22 and in theaters April 14-19. “We the People’’ is narrated by locally bred actor Michael Chiklis and directed by Tommy Reid. FilmBuff also distributed the docs “The House I Live In’’ and “Exit Through the Gift Shop.’’
