Woman jailed for receiving stolen property
Heather Walker, 39, of Wadsworth, was sentenced May 1 to three years of community control sanctions, with 180 days in jail, on three counts of receiving stolen property, check, all of which are fifth-degree felonies.
The following people appeared in court April 27:
Shari Cross, 24, of Wadsworth, was sentenced to three years of community control sanctions on one count of trafficking in marijuana, a fifth-degree felony.
Kevin Bybee, 56, of Wadsworth, pleaded not guilty to two counts of trafficking in cocaine and two counts of trafficking in heroin, all of which are fourth-degree felonies, and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A jury trial is scheduled for June 22.
