Peter Berg, who’s directing “Patriots Day,’’ the movie about the Boston Marathon bombings, posted a photo on Instagram Monday of himself with David Ortiz at Fenway Park. Last week, you’ll recall, we reported that Berg wanted to reenact, or otherwise make use of, the emotional moment in 2013 when, standing on the field at Fenway, Big Papi told Red Sox fans: “This is our [expletive] city. And nobody’s going to dictate our freedom. Stay strong.’’ It’s not clear if Berg filmed Big Papi at the ballpark this week or if he was just saying hello.
