Brian D. Von Gunten, 42, of Parma, formerly of Wadsworth, passed away suddenly on April 26, 2017. Brian was born in Medina on Oct. 24, 1974. Brian enjoyed trap shooting, fishing and dirt bikes. He cherished his time with his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Brian is survived by his wife of seven years, Nichole (Moore); children, Madison Von Gunten, Mackenzie Moore and Lauren Craig; grandchildren, Devoid, Sophia Nichole, Zoey, Sophia Grace and Stetson; father, Alan (Elizabeth) Von Gunten; mother, Marti Lance; sisters, Nicki Von Gunten and Beth Horner; grandmother, Thelma Von Gunten; and birth father, Doug Witt.; along with many other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his grandfather, James Von Gunten; and step-father, Jay Lance.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Brian’s honor in care of Waite and Son Funeral Home.
