Matt Damon was at Kings Back Bay on Thursday night.

The hometown actor, who was joined by his family, signed a pin for the bowling alley during his visit.

A trailer for Damon’s upcoming film “Suburbicon’’ was released Thursday morning. The movie, which was directed by George Clooney and will have a premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, is a crime comedy starring Damon as a suburban dad exacting revenge.

It’s worth watching until the end — to see Damon riding a tiny bicycle.
