
Aerosmith hits the road next month for what could be the band’s last European tour, but for now Tom Hamilton is in town. So the bassist (above) was among the boldfacers at the MassGeneral Hospital for Children’s annual Aspire Spring Gala, which raised more than $2.6 million for the Lurie Center for Autism. The cocktail reception at the Four Seasons was attended by several hundred folks, including a few familiar faces, among them: “Wonder Years’’ actress Danica McKellar, Shonda Schilling, wife of former Red Sox pitcher Curt Schilling, and the couple’s son Grant, Mass. General president Peter Slavin, Aspire executive director Scott McLeod, Liberty Mutual Insurance CEO David Long, and party planner Bryan Rafanelli, whose company handled all the arrangements for the gala.
