Let’s call a spade a spade
Regarding the closure of Monarch Road at the Diagonal Highway, can we stop calling it a “median closure”? That may be what the planners call it, but to an ordinary citizen, they closed the road, not the median. Closing the median makes it sound like you can’t walk down the middle of the highway anymore; what they actually did was cut a road in half, and block people from using it to get from point A to point B. Let’s call a spade a spade.

Consumers, not other countries, will pay for tariffs on food and durable goods. This will contribute to a new round of inflation. This goes along with Trump’s pre-election promises to lower food prices.
The American Pediatric Association and other medical associations after several years of documented studies have concluded that trans is a real thing and cannot be taught. You may be aware of young children surprising their parents by telling them they are not the sex on their birth certificate. Many of the people that understand this have started a war on trans people for political gain. Several states have written laws interfering with medical care of trans youth for political reasons. All this hateful attention to trans people has led to violence and deaths.

Trump continued to say refugees were eating cats and dogs even after the police and mayor said it was not true.
Mass deportation would not be good for our country. It would harm farming, construction, medical and more.
In the largest mass deportation in American history, according to history.com, as many 60% of those who were deported were U.S. citizens.
Vaccines for several fatal diseases, such as polio, measles, whooping cough, etc., saved hundreds of millions of lives worldwide. Negative reactions exist, but they are rare. It’s OK to give parents the right to decide what’s best for their children, but having large number of parents not vaccinating their children’s puts many other children’s at risk.
