Age 66, passed away on January 1, 2024, at his home in Rialto, CA. Born April 29, 1957, in Los Angeles, CA, he resided in San Bernardino County the majority of his life.<br><br>He is survived by his wife Josefina Torres, 2 brothers Epifanio Jr. (Cathy), and Arthur Torres, 5 nephews, 6 nieces, several godchildren, many family members, and friends. Jose graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo as a Civil Engineer in 1984. He was a practicing Bridge Inspector for over 20 years. Jose worked for Caltrans most of those years and retired from there in 2012.<br><br>Services will be held at Montecito Memorial Park, Cypress Chapel: 24145 Barton Rd.
