Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on January 12, 2025, after a short battle with cancer. Chet was a devoted family man, successful medical device entrepreneur, enthusiastic botanist, and decorated cowboy. He loved music, traveling, ice hockey, and long drives in the car with his beloved wife, Keven. He lived a life of quiet service, making a difference for his loved ones by always being there to do the hard things and offer sage wisdom (requested or not). He will be missed profoundly by wife, Keven; sons, Chester “Chay” (Kimberly), Cole, and Carson (Emilia); grandchildren, Cosima and Camila; siblings, Craig (Pam), Chris (Mary), Cherie Trudeau (Danny) and Cari Whitmore (Dan); many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his brother, Charles “Chuck”.<br><br>Memorial Service Friday, January 24, 2025, 11:00 AM at St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church, 900 Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi. Visitation Thurs., January 23, 2025, 5:00-8:00 PM at Bradshaw Celebration of Life Center, 2800 Curve Crest Boulevard, Stillwater as well as one hour prior to the service at church. In lieu of flowers, donations preferred to the Masonic Cancer Center (specifically, Gastrointestinal research) or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.<div></div><br>
