Boulder boys lacrosse: The Panthers (3-2) regrouped after their 16-8 loss to Fairview on March 21, winning road games at Fruita Monument and Grand Junction last week. Luke Nathan had six goals and four assists across those wins, giving him 12 goals and seven helpers on the year.

Broomfield baseball: The Eagles (3-2) won three of their four games on their spring break trip to San Diego, California. As part of it, junior Noah Wochner homered twice and drove in six runs.

Erie girls soccer: Arizona commit Kayla Kirchoffner stopped six shots and allowed one goal in a win over Frederick, while freshman Elodie Kirchoffner made two saves against Fort Collins last week. The Tigers are 4-1.

Erie track and field: The Tigers won both sides of their 26-team Erie Tiger Twilight Invitational on Friday. Will Pringle won the boys long jump (19 feet, 7 inches), while Sabina Stroia won the 3,200 (11:28.13) and Abigail Bjerkaas the 200 (26.10) in the girls division. Earlier in the week, the Tigers also swept the five-team Lyons Unlimited event.

Jefferson Academy girls soccer: The Jaguars (2-0) have won by mercy rule over their first two opponents of the season, beating Middle Park on March 9 and then Pomona on Thursday, 10-0. Returning 3A first-teamer Gianna Gagliano already has seven goals on the season.

Mead girls lacrosse: Lucy Connors had 11 goals and seven assists across wins over Conifer and Cherokee Trail last week, keeping the reigning 4A champs undefeated in their second year as a program. Connors’ 41 points this season (27 goals, 14 assists) are third-most in the state. Her 8.2 points per game is the best.

Mead girls soccer: The Mavericks beat Niwot 5-1 on Wednesday, then Steamboat Springs 2-0 on Saturday. Last week, senior Averi Williams had three goals and four assists, giving her three and five on the season.

Niwot girls track and field: The Cougars won the 26-team Niwot Invitational with 108 points on Saturday. Jade West won shot put (41 feet, 3 inches), Reese Kasper the 300-meter hurdles (45.32 seconds) and Addison Ritzenhein the 1,600 (4:44.30).

Silver Creek boys swimming: The Raptors won a triangular meet against Liberty Common and Thompson Valley on Tuesday, claiming eight of the 12 events. James Story led the way, winning the 100-yard butterfly (56.16 seconds) and 200 freestyle (1:52.23).

Skyline girls soccer: The Falcons (3-0) moved their shutout streak to three games to open the season, blanking Greeley Central and Wheat Ridge last week. Lauren Pratt has 10 saves in 240 clean minutes in net in 2024.

Diego Estebanes, Broomfield track: Winning three boys hurdles events across the Lyons Unlimited event and the Erie Tiger Twilight Invitational last week, he set the state’s best mark in the 300-meter hurdles at 39.02 seconds. He also had a personal-best time in his 200-meter win (22.80).

JJ Davis, Skyline track: The senior’s javelin throw of 173 feet and 2 inches at the Erie Twilight Invitational Friday was the state’s longest of the season.

Flynn Leonard, Monarch boys lacrosse: The junior had nine goals and four assists last week as the Coyotes (3-2) won both of their spring break games in California. He has 21 goals and eight helpers this season.

Kolbe Mills, Holy Family baseball: In Holy Family’s lone game last week, the senior went 3 for 4 with four RBIs in a 13-0 win over Northridge on Wednesday. He is 6 for 10 from the plate this season.

DK Nakashima, Legacy swimming: The junior won the 100-yard breaststroke (1 minute and 6.47 seconds) and the 100 butterfly (56.17) in a win over Horizon on Wednesday. Alongside teammates Hector Mu, Sam Lindberg and Riley Millhiser, he was also a part of the Lightning’s 200 medley relay (1:27.24), which clocked the state’s best time of the season.

Addison Ritzenhein, Niwot track: Ritzenhein’s time of 4:44.30 in the 1,600 at the Niwot Invitational over the weekend was the season’s top time in the state. Per MileSplit, it is also the second-fastest in the country (before altitude conversions).

Jacob Schwarting, Centaurus track: The senior finished fifth in the 1,600-meter run (4:18.61) Saturday at the Niwot Invitational, two seconds back of the winner, Mountain Vista’s Benjamin Anderson — who ran the state’s best time of the season (4:16.54). Schwarting’s time is currently sixth-best in the state.

Claire Sebring, Longmont soccer: The freshman tallied her first career point and goal in Thursday’s win over Berthoud. She scored twice and had an assist against the Spartans, then added two more goals in a win over Aurora Central on Friday, giving her four goals and an assist on the year.

Charlie Shaw, Niwot baseball: The junior is 8 for 11 with a homer and five RBIs this season. He had two hits for a fourth straight game in last week’s win over Greeley Central. His .727 batting average is currently tied for fifth-best in the state. Erie’s Varek Van Aelstyn is third (.800).

Kiki Vaughn, Boulder track: The Northern Arizona commit won the 800-meter run (2:15.69) with the season’s second-fastest time in the state at the Niwot Invitational on Saturday.
