A History of Boulder Human Rights Ordinances program: 6 p.m., Museum of Boulder, 2205 Broadway, Boulder. Karen Paget, Glenda Russell and Sue Larson will speak about the history of the Boulder Human Rights ordinances. In December 1973, Boulder’s City Council voted to approve adding “sexual preference” to the city’s discrimination protections.
