Juanita Maria Olson was born in San Francisco California on March 28, 1960, the second of five girls born to Charles and Maria Anguiano. Juanita grew up in S.S.F., steps away from S.S.F. High School where she graduated in 1978. Juanita started work as a dental assistant and eventually became an MRI technician at Children's Hospital in Oakland, Ca., until she became disabled with lupus and could no longer work. Juanita was the epitome of young at heart. Juanita loved to cherish life. She loved walks on the beach, and getting together with friends and family and her cozy home in Santa Cruz. She was survived by her stepmother, Luz Edith Gurrero Anguiano, sisters, Carla Godfrey (Dan), Lidia Ryan (Tom), and Deborah Anguiano (Carlos Medina), brothers, Charles Guerrero Anguiano (Adriana), Jesus Anguiano (Veronica), Francisco Anguiano (Gabriella). Juanita was predeceased by her sisters, Maria Anguiano and Amanda Glass (Jeff), her mother, Maria Anguiano and her father Charles Anguiano. Juanita had many loving aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, grand nieces and friends. Services will be held at the chapel at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma, Ca., Nov. 1, 2024 at 1pm.
