He died quickly and without suffering, as he always hoped he would. Survived by spouse Christina; daughter and son-in-law Carly and Max; grandson Samuel; sisters Robin and Jody; and his large and loving village of friends and family.<br><br>Commemoration event plans are in the works.<div></div><br>
