LIVERMORE >> A 26-year-old Stockton man was shot Friday night outside of the Tesla Distribution Center, police said.

He was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.

The shooting happened about 8:30 p.m. on the roadway at Challenger Street and Discovery Drive, outside the distribution center, police said.

The shooter fled the area before police arrived and is being sought

Police have not yet released a motive for the shooting or said why the man shot was in Livermore.
