


Reggie Miller will be lead game analyst for NBC
STAMFORD, Conn.>> Reggie Miller will be NBC Sports’ lead game analyst when it begins its coverage of the NBA next season. The network made the announcement on Tuesday. Miller has been one of TNT Sports lead NBA analysts for 20 years. He called his 18th All-Star Game last weekend.
When Miller joins NBC in October, he is expected to call one or more games per week during the regular season and playoffs. NBC will have up to 100 regular-season games. NBC will also have the All-Star Game and All-Star Saturday Night.
Bucks forward Kuzma engaged to model Harlow
Milwaukee Bucks forward Kyle Kuzma and Canadian model Winnie Harlow are engaged. The couple revealed the news in an Instagram post Tuesday that showed Harlow displaying her engagement ring as they kissed. Harlow appeared on “America’s Next Top Model” in 2014. A mainstay of fashion week runway shows and magazine covers, she founded the sunscreen brand Cay Skin.
Ravens’ Cleveland charged with drunken driving
ATLANTA>> National Football League player Ben Cleveland of the Baltimore Ravens has been charged with drunken driving in Georgia. An incident report obtained by The Associated Press on Tuesday states that the former University of Georgia star football player was pulled over by a sheriff’s deputy near Milledgeville, Ga., last Wednesday.
In the report, a deputy says he noticed that Cleveland’s black pickup was weaving outside of its lane and left the roadway at one point.
Panthers re-sign veteran QB Dalton to a 2-year deal
CHARLOTTE, N.C. >> The Carolina Panthers have re-signed quarterback Andy Dalton to a two-year contract, giving them a veteran presence behind starter Bryce Young.
The 37-year-old Dalton, who threw for 989 yards with seven touchdowns and six interceptions last season, was set to become an unrestricted free agent next month. Dalton joined the Panthers in 2023 and spent the past two seasons mainly backing up Young, the No. 1 overall pick that year.
Home of LAFC striker Olivier Giroud burglarized
LOS ANGELES>> Los Angeles FC striker Olivier Giroud’s home was the target of a burglary earlier this month. Los Angeles police say they responded Feb. 5 in the afternoon to a report of a window smash at a home in west LA.
The caller reported an upstairs bedroom window broken and their home burglarized. LAFC spokesperson Seth Burton declined to comment on behalf of Giroud and the organization beyond confirming the report.
The 38-year-old French soccer star moved to Los Angeles last year after signing with LAFC in May.
Sun don’t plan to trade Mabrey, despite request
The Connecticut Sun don’t plan on trading guard Marina Mabrey after she asked to be dealt earlier this month. Team president Jennifer Rizzotti told The Associated Press in a phone interview Tuesday night that it wasn’t in the franchise’s best interest to move Mabrey.
Rizzotti says she wants Mabrey on the team and calls her “an easy piece to build around.” Mabrey came to Connecticut last summer after asking for a trade from the Chicago Sky just before the All-Star break.
