Colorado doesn’t have star Travis Hunter and Shedeur Sanders anymore, but tickets to see the Buffaloes are still going fast.

On Wednesday, CU announced its first sellout of the 2025 season, as the Sept. 20 matchup with Wyoming at Folsom Field has officially sold out.

The first meeting between the Buffs and Wyoming in 16 years will take place during Family Weekend, which is often one of the most popular games on the schedule. Kickoff time has yet to be announced for that game.

During head coach Deion Sanders’ first season at CU in 2023, the Buffs led by Hunter and Shedeur sold out all six home games — the first time ever the entire home slate was sold out. Last year, four of the six home games were sold out, with the other two coming up just short.

This year, CU has seven home games and tickets for the others are going fast. Season tickets are already sold out, and the Aug. 29 opener against Georgia Tech is trending towards being sold out.

CU will also host Delaware (Sept. 6, 1:30 p.m.), BYU (Sept. 27, 8:15 p.m.), Iowa State (Oct. 11, TBA), Arizona (Nov. 1, TBA) and Arizona State (Nov. 22, TBA).
