Stolen vehicle arrest: On May 6 at 9:08 a.m., officers patrolling the area near the 12 block of Armfield Avenue recognized a vehicle that was previously reported stolen. The officer confirmed the vehicle was stolen from Sacramento on May 3. Officers contacted a female related to the vehicle who was identified as Kelly Okane, a 34-year-old Sacramento resident.

During Okane’s arrest, officers located the key to the vehicle on her person. Okane was booked into the Yolo County Jail for possession of a stolen vehicle.

Vandalism arrest: On May 8 at 11:05 a.m., a business owner reported extensive damage to the building from graffiti that occurred overnight. Officers investigated the crime and identified Juan Reyes-Ibarra, a 36-year-old Woodland resident as the suspect. This information was passed to other shifts and Reyes-Ibarra was located and arrested that night. He was booked into the Yolo County Jail for felony vandalism. Reyes-Ibarra has been arrested in connection to several other cases of similar nature in the recent past.
