No. 6 Houston rolls past Baylor 76-65
houston >> L.J. Cryer scored 14 points, Milos Uzan added 12 points and six assists, and No. 6 Houston beat Baylor 76-65 for its third straight victory.
Terrance Arceneaux had 11 points and J’Wan Roberts scored 10 for Houston. Emanuel Sharp also finished with 10 after missing two games with an ankle injury.
No. 23 Clemson 85, North Carolina 65>> Viktor Lakhin scored 22 points, including a season-best four 3-pointers, and No. 23 Clemson rolled past North Carolina 85-65 at home.
Chase Hunter added 19 points with four 3s for the Tigers. It’s the first time Clemson has beaten Duke and North Carolina in the same year since 2019-20.
Ole Miss 66, No. 8 Kentucky 57>> Madison Scott scored 22 points and Mississippi rallied from an eight-point second half deficit to beat No. 8 Kentucky 66-57 in Oxford.
Ole Miss used an 18-4 spurt midway through the third period to build a 55-49 lead with 7:43 left.
No. 16 Oklahoma 73, Auburn 71>> Skylar Vann matched her season high with 20 points and Payton Verhulst hit two free throws with four seconds left and scored 15 to help No. 16 Oklahoma hold off Auburn 73-71.
Vann had five points and four assists in the first quarter to help the Sooners (18-6, 6-5 Southeastern Conference) jump in front 12-2 before settling for a 21-17 lead. Oklahoma took a 44-35 lead into halftime and led 58-48 after three quarters.
