Diana Joan Dwan Grieve
Diana was born in Brooklyn NY to John and Helen Dwan where she grew up with her Brother Donald and Sisters Ann and June.

She graduated from Central Connecticut State College with her teachers' certificate.

She Married Richard ("Dick") Grieve on October 3, 1964 and had three children; Kendra, Allison and Kevin. They raised their family primarily in Boulder CO, after moving there in 1980 from Dallas TX.

Diana continued with her passion of education and her love of children by teaching at Heather wood Elementary in Boulder, where she was widely and affectionately known as "The Queen".

She was incredibly selfless with the love and support she gave to countless students, friends and family.

Diana is survived by 5 grandchildren who meant the world to her, and lovingly called her Didi. She was an incredible wife, Mom, Grandma and friend, and her memory will live on in all that knew her vivacious personality.

Richard Allan Grieve
Richard (known by most as Dick) was born in Hartford, Connecticut to Floyd and Ann Grieve where he grew up with his sister Patricia.

Dick graduated from UCONN with a major in Kinesiology. He joined fraternity Chi Pi, where he was elected President on the same day he was sworn in as a brother.

He was an extraordinary football player, star ting as offensive tackle for UCONN followed by getting drafted in 1964 by the Green Bay Packers, although he never played a full professional season.

Dick Married Diana Joan Dwan on October 3 1964, and soon joined Xerox which paved the way for a very successful Sales and Marketing career.

He was an incredibly loving and supporting Dad who was always available to talk and offer support or advice.

He loved skiing, basketball, racquet ball, and tennis.

Dick is survived by 5 grandchildren who meant the world to him, and lovingly called him Papa. He was a loving Husband, Dad, Grandpa and friend.
