Jeffrey Epstein has been charged with sex trafficking and molesting underage girls. Every single person who aided him and participated in his perversions needs to be charged too. When will we start acting like a civilized society that we are supposed to be? When will your bank book stop covering up your illegal behavior?

Federal agents recovered nude photographs of underage girls when they executed a search warrant on Jeffrey Epstein’s residence on Saturday night. U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman said “We were assisted by some excellent investigative journalism.” Yes, a big thank you to that free press that works so tirelessly to uncover things that crooks try so hard to hide.

A commentator wrote, “The problem with closing Roosevelt H.S. is that no one wants the students.” West Side Leadership Academy and other Gary schools will gladly take all of them and provide them with a great education. Gary graduates excel! I have been associated with three major communities in Northwest Indiana. I am convinced that the real difference between inner city schools and suburban schools is not the quality of the education. It is the quality of the home and the environment. Here is the proof. Banneker Elementary in Gary at one point was one of the top schools in Indiana. The difference was the home environment of the students.

Acting DHS Secretary Kevin McAleenan defends calling the Inspector General’s report on unsanitary conditions at the Clint detention facility unsubstantiated. “There’s adequate food and water … because I know what our standards are, and I know they’re being followed.” Unsubstantiated … and yet the government has taken pictures showing the conditions there. What sort of substantiation does he need? Perhaps, it’s your standards that are the problem.

Trump won’t commit to hosting the U.S. Women’s Soccer team now that they have won the World’s Cup title. The problem isn’t just with this team or these women, Trump has a problem with all of these winning teams. Why is that? No other president caused so many problems with so many people in all walks of life. Gee, I wonder what the common denominator in all of these problems could be?

History teaches us that each new generation of immigrants strengthens the vibrant diversity of our nation and its democracy, and continuously renews the American dream.

Just remember, Alex Acosta, the Secretary of Labor, gave a serial child sex abuser the deal of a lifetime. He should have spent the rest of his life behind bars, and yet he got a sweetheart deal, because he was wealthy, and he had connections. This two-sided justice system we have in this country has got to stop.

On Sunday reporters asked President Trump to comment on Jeffrey Epstein’s arrest. He responded “I don’t know anything about it.” Right, because Trump never turns a television set on, never at all.

Journalists in Russian state-run media mocked President Trump over his 4th of July parade as a military celebration in “Putin’s America.”

Did everyone else enjoy Trump’s Forghettysburg Address as much as I did? It was a classic. And not in a good way.

Evangelist Pat Robertson is claiming that the California earthquakes is “God clapping for Trump’s 4th of July parade.” Does anyone really question the mental stability of these evangelical leaders anymore?

The happiest people that I know are always evaluating and improving themselves. The unhappy people are usually evaluating and judging others.

Anyone who doesn’t agree with Trump is immediately labeled “dumb,” as if that is the greatest insult. But constantly hearing how Trump insists on loyalty is extremely alarming. Nobody should demand loyalty, this is not your family, this is an employer. Think about that.

Republicans have forgotten that they swore an oath to serve and protect the Constitution and their country, not Donald J. Trump. If they are that gutless and afraid of him to do what is right, they need to resign.

Last yearthe Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics found that lobbying on drug pricing quadrupled in the previous 5 years. The average price hike in 2019 for a prescription drug is 5 times inflammation, so it seems that they are getting their money’s worth.
