William 'Bill' Mott Johnson Jr. born on March 30, 1962, passed away at his home in San Francisco on May 1, 2025.<br><br>Born in Bainbridge, Maryland, raised in Boulder, Colorado, and longtime resident of San Francisco, Bill was a lifelong outdoorsman, environmental enthusiast, and gifted communicator known for his humor and warmth.<br><br>He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management as well as many construction industry certifications.<br><br>As the founder of 415 Remodeling, Bill built a successful career in construction management, known for his craftsmanship, leadership, and genuine connection with clients and colleagues.<br><br>Bil found joy in exploring nature, learning, listening to music, and having meaningful conversations.
