William 'Bill' Mott Johnson Jr. born on March 30, 1962, passed away at his home in San Francisco on May 1, 2025.

Born in Bainbridge, Maryland, raised in Boulder, Colorado, and longtime resident of San Francisco, Bill was a lifelong outdoorsman, environmental enthusiast, and gifted communicator known for his humor and warmth.

He earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management as well as many construction industry certifications.

As the founder of 415 Remodeling, Bill built a successful career in construction management, known for his craftsmanship, leadership, and genuine connection with clients and colleagues.

Bil found joy in exploring nature, learning, listening to music, and having meaningful conversations. He had a gift for making everyone feel at ease with his vibrant spirt, humor, and warmth.

Bill was predeceased by his mother Mary Jo Benton in 2017 and survived by his beloved wife Renee and dog Lokai, his father Bill Sr. and his wife Polly, siblings Rebecca, Jeanne, and Laura, and extended family.
