Longtime Peninsula resident

Sonoma

Michele “Mimi” Pauline, a vibrant soul and devoted mother, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 20. Known for her warmth and compassionate spirit, Mimi lived a life full of love and discovery. She cherished her family and friends, rooted passionately for her favorite sports teams, and embraced every opportunity for adventure. Mimi brought joy and light to everyone she met, balancing strength and independence with a heart that welcomed all.

A long-time resident of Northern California, Mimi leaves behind her children, Stacey Kashu beck (Tom) and Ross Kashu beck (Amy), along with countless friends and loved ones whose lives she enriched.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Lynne Rein Schreiber, and her husbands, David Kashu beck and Lee Pauline.

Mimi lived boldly, loved deeply, and laughed often. Her spirit and energy will be missed but never forgotten, carried forward by family and friends who will always feel her spark—and perhaps still hear her cheering on the Warriors and savoring life’s simple joys.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, November 17, in Sonoma, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance (https://trib ute.ocrahope.org/ mimipauli ne) or Cancer Support Sonoma, organizations that supported Mimi in her courageous fight against cancer.
