Zakai Zeigler and Igor Milicic returned to Tennessee’s lineup to each score 21 points in the No. 4 Volunteers’ 85-81 victory over No. 15 Missouri on Wednesday night in Knoxville, Tenn.

Zeigler also had eight assists, and Milicic added 10 rebounds. They both sat out Saturday in a victory over Florida — Zeigler because of a knee injury, and Milicic with an illness.

Felix Okpara scored 12 points for the Volunteers (19-4, 6-4 Southeastern Conference). They have played five consecutive top-15 opponents, going 3-2.

Tamar Bates led Missouri (17-5, 6-3) with 22 points. Tony Perkins added 16, and Caleb Grill had 11.

Missouri failed to score in the first 5:13. Perkins had 11 of the Tigers’ first 13 points. Missouri led 34-28 at the half.

NO. 2 DUKE 83, SYRACUSE 54: Tyrese Proctor scored 16 points to lead five Duke scorers in double figures and the Blue Devils (20-2, 12-0 Atlantic Coast) extended the longest winning streak in the nation to 16 games with the win at Syracuse (10-13, 4-8). Kon Knueppel had 12 for Duke, Cooper Flagg scored 11, and Sion James and Isaiah Evans had 10 points each. Jyare Davis and J.J. Starling had 12 points each to lead the Orange, who have lost four of their last five games. Naheem McLeod had 10 points.

NO. 17 MEMPHIS 83, TULSA 71: PJ Haggerty scored 23 points and the Tigers (19-4, 9-1) held on to the American Athletic Conference lead, shooting 57% against visiting Tulsa (9-14, 3-7). Dain Dainja added 21 points, 6 rebounds and 4 blocks, and Tyrese Hunter had 11 points for Memphis. Tyshawn Archie scored 17 points for Tulsa.

RUTGERS 82, NO. 23 ILLINOIS 73: Dylan Harper returned to score 28 points, fellow freshman Ace Bailey added 18 points and 11 rebounds and the Scarlet Knights (12-11, 5-7 Big Ten) beat the Illini (15-8, 7-6) in Piscataway, N.J.

NO. 24 MICHIGAN 80, OREGON 76: Will Tschetter had a season-high 17 points, Danny Wolf scored 10 of his 15 points in the first half and Vladislav Goldin had nine of his 15 after halftime to help the host Wolverines (17-5, 9-2 Big Ten) hold off the Ducks (16-7, 5-7). The Wolverines have won three straight to pull into a second-place tie with No. 9 Michigan State behind No. 7 Purdue in the conference standings. The Ducks have lost four in a row for the first time since the 2013-2014 season. Jackson Shelstad led Oregon with 18 points. Nate Bittle had 16 points, Keeshawn Barthelemy added 15 and TJ Bamba had 13 points.

NO 12 KANSAS STATE 59, NO. 9 TCU 50: Serena Sundell scored a season-high 27 points, Jaelyn Glenn had 14 and the Wildcats (22-2, 10-1) outlasted the Horned Frogs (21-3, 9-2) in Manhattan, Kan., to take sole possession of first place in the Big 12 in a matchup of the conference leaders. Sundell scored 15 of those 27 points in the third quarter after Kansas State trailed by six at halftime.

NO. 18 WEST VIRGINIA 76, KANSAS 43: Sydney Shaw had 13 of her career-high 22 points in the first quarter and the Mountaineers (18-4, 8-3 Big 12) rolled over the visiting Jayhawks (14-9, 4-8). The Mountaineers held the Jayhawks scoreless for more than seven minutes to start the game and were never threatened. Jordan Harrison converted a three-point play with 44 seconds to go in the first quarter to make it 18-0. Kansas also had a season low in points by 13.
