The White Stripes sue Trump over use of hit song

Jack and Meg White of the White Stripes have filed suit against former President Donald Trump over claims that he used one of their most popular songs in a social media post without permission, the Associated Press reported.

The band alleges that the Trump campaign committed copyright infringement by including a riff from their track “Seven Nation Army” during a video of Trump stepping aboard a plane headed for campaign rallies in Wisconsin and Michigan last month, the report says.
