Bottle and can drive

• Woman’s Life Chapter 855 conducts a continuous bottle and can drive with drop off locations in Richmond and Memphis to help those in the community in need. They also offer a pick up service for larger donations. For more information, call 586-318-4053.

• Hearing Loss Association of America will hold a meeting from 1-3 p.m. Feb. 27 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 38900 Harper Ave., Clinton Township. See a captioned video which covers the spectrum of hearing loss. Stories presented by Gael Hannan are both moving and funny. She describes how hearing loss sometimes makes one feel and behave. If you or a family member have a loss of hearing, this meeting may be of benefit to help others understand the effects. The video is captioned so everyone can more easily understand what is being said. A celebration of 20 years of meetings will follow, along with a short business meeting and discussion of new books at the library.
