10,000 Degrees’ gala and Come to the Table’s fundraiser

10,000 Degrees raised $1.1 million at its ONE Amazing Community gala at the Marin Center Exhibit Hall in San Rafael on April 26. The event was attended by more than 450 guests, including Adam Gavzer, Paige Peterson and Charan and Sylvia Singh, all of Belvedere; Alaina Baum Erlin and Heather and Jeremy Wenner, all of Corte Madera; Denise Lucy, of Greenbrae; Jim and Judy Edgar, of Kentfield; Wanden Treanor, of Larkspur; Suzanne Badenhoop, Guy Lampard, Graham and Talia Brandt, Tom Cohen and Kristi Denton Cohen, all of Mill Valley; Anna Schlegel, of Novato; Larry Rosenberger, of San Quentin; and Jay Bellin, Shelley Brown, Charmaine Chow, Saul Peña, Pepe Gonzalez, Katey and Mark Mokelke, and Caroline Silverstein, all of San Rafael.

Come to the Table raised $42,000 at its tea fundraiser at the St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Marin City on May 10. The event was attended by 80 people, including Barbara Bogard, Anne Devero-Rosenfeld, Jen Levine, Nancy Miller, Joan Murray and Barbara Rothkrug, all of Mill Valley; Maralisia Mack, Debra Turner and Florence Williams, all of Marin City; the Rev. Floyd Thompkins, of Novato; Suzan Berns, Sarah Leipsic and Marguerite Moriarty, all of San Rafael; and Gerri Miller, of Tiburon. Come to the Table’s next event is “Women in STEM” featuring STEM ambassador CaT Bobino on June 14.
