The Lake Estes Golf Course is set to host the 22nd annual Nan Ryan Invitational Golf Tournament and it’s time for golfers to hit the range in preparation and sign up.
The July 26 tournament tees off between 7:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. with entry fees set at $30 for passholders and $45 for non-passholders. The fee includes a nine-hole green fee, a tournament fee, a gift card to Hunters Steakhouse, snacks, prizes for the winning teams and a gift for each player.Proceeds from the tournament benefit the Estes Park Junior Golf Program. The tournament raised $11,000 last year, which pushed the total proceeds over $75,000 for the tournament’s history.
Four-player teams play a nine-hole scramble, but solo golfers have no reason to worry, as they can sign up as a single. Teams with fewer than four players can sign up as well. Four divisions divide the tournament: men, women, mixed and juniors. Junior golfers 17 and under are not required to pay an entrance fee.
Winners in each division will receive a $50 gift card to the Estes Park Golf Club Pro Shop.
Also, a two-night stay at the Stanley, valued at over $750, will be raffled off, as well as an Odyssey White Hot #4 putter, caps and shirts from the WM Phoenix Open, a Cleveland TRZ RH wedge, and a number of other items. Raffle tickets cost $5, or those interested can buy five for $20.
Entry forms are available at the 18-hole Estes Park Golf Course and the 9-hole Lake Estes Golf Course.
