Boys basketball

Braintree stayed within the Bay State Conference to hire its new boys hoop coach. The school announced the hiring of former Walpole girls basketball coach David Wall as its new coach, replacing Bob Crook, who retired following a Hall of Fame career. Wall spent the past 10 years there, posting an overall 142-69 record.
